Yep, hitting the hills again on my treadmill this morning for my workout.  It was as good workout, but definitely challenging.  When I came upstairs my husband asked if I got his joke.  “Well, I saw the picture, but I didn’t understand the mallets.”

Glad to have those hills finished.  The 6% incline did me in!  It makes me look forward to speed work next week!  At lunch time I went to the gym.  Powered up with an apple and a Babybel cheese on the way.  Yum!

See, here’s proof I actually was there.  I had a good weights workout.  It’s nice to get back into a routine again with the kids actually going to school on time this week.  At least so far.  I don’t think there are any big snow storms heading our way this week, so I think we’ll be good for the rest of the week.

While I was looking for something on YouTube today I was amused to find there is a whole series of “8 Min” workouts.  They are even more funny looking that the abs videos, but I think I could benefit from this one. Spoiler alert – the close up shots of the buns are hilarious!

Q: Do you like using workout videos/DVDs?  If so, which ones?

A:  I like short ones like these.  I usually don’t have the attention span to follow long ones 🙂
